Open to new roles

Designing clear, scaleable products for complex problems

I partner with product and engineering teams to shape intuitive SaaS and mobile experiences, combining research, systems thinking, interaction design, and rapid prototyping.

Open to Product Design Lead and senior product design roles.

01 · Selected work

Case studies, not just screenshots

Each project walks through the problem, the decisions, the trade-offs, and what happened after launch — because the reasoning matters as much as the result.

Professional work SaaS, Product Design, UX Research, Design Systems

Olive — simplifying complex software evaluations from RFP to TCO

Joining a software sourcing platform after its soft launch to restructure the information architecture, redesign requirement management, expand vendor comparison, and unify the interface end to end.

Redesigned sourcing platform recognized with G2 awards for Best Usability and Easiest Admin Panel.

Edkasa — reimagining an ed-tech platform for more motivating learning

Leading the end-to-end redesign of Edkasa's mobile learning experience — using stakeholder and student research to simplify navigation, make progress visible, and create a scalable design system for iOS and Android.

Replaced a fragmented experience with a unified end-to-end redesign for a platform serving thousands of learners and 1.3 million hours of viewing time.

02 · What I bring

End-to-end product design, grounded in evidence

The craft spans research through delivery. The value is in connecting them: every visual decision should trace back to something a user needs or a metric the business watches.
Product thinking
Design decisions framed around user needs and business goals — not just screens. I ask what a feature is for before asking what it looks like.
UX research
Interviews, usability tests, and analytics reviews sized to the risk of the decision, so the team ships evidence instead of assumptions.
Interaction design
Flows, states, and edge cases worked through end-to-end — including the empty, error, and loading states that make products feel finished.
Visual design
Clear hierarchy, accessible contrast, and restrained aesthetics that keep attention on the task rather than the decoration.
Prototyping
Interactive prototypes at the lowest fidelity that answers the question — from clickable wireframes to high-fidelity flows for testing.
Design systems
Tokens, components, and documentation that scale design across a team and keep the product consistent as it grows.
Developer collaboration
Specs, annotations, and ongoing pairing that respect engineering constraints — handoff as a conversation, not a file drop.
Remote communication
Clear async writing, recorded walkthroughs, and structured critique that keep distributed teams aligned across time zones.

03 · Process

A process that adapts to the problem

These are the activities, not a conveyor belt. A late-stage usability fix doesn't need discovery interviews; a new product bet does. The mix depends on the product's stage, risk, timeline, and the evidence already available.
  1. Understand

Clarify the product goal, the audience, the constraints, and what success looks like before touching any interface.

  2. Research

Gather evidence — user interviews, analytics, support tickets, competitor reviews — proportional to the risk of getting it wrong.

  3. Define

Turn findings into a sharp problem statement, priorities, and measurable design goals the team agrees on.

  4. Explore

Diverge deliberately: flows, sketches, and structural alternatives before committing to a direction.

  5. Prototype

Make the promising direction tangible at the lowest fidelity that can answer the open questions.

  6. Test

Put the prototype in front of real users, watch where it fails, and separate opinion from observation.

  7. Deliver

Ship specs, tokens, and edge cases developers can build from — then stay close through implementation and iteration.
